What does the base package cover?
One document set up to 20 pages with cited answers, a chat widget or API, one simple login and one CRM or database connection, with full source code and unlimited revisions within that scope.
What is RAG and why not just a chatbot?
RAG retrieves the right pieces of your own content and lets the model answer from them, with citations. A plain chatbot answers from general knowledge and invents details. RAG is what you need when the answers must match your documents.
How do you make sure the answers are correct?
I test the chatbot against real questions from your users, check that each answer cites the right source, and make it say it does not know when the answer is not in your documents.
Where will my data be stored?
On your own infrastructure or cloud account, with your own API keys. Nothing is stored on my side after handover. For sensitive documents we can use per user access filters and open models hosted privately.
Can it work inside my existing app?
Yes. The assistant can run as a component or API inside your Laravel, Node.js or React product, using your existing login so each user only sees answers from content they are allowed to access.
Can the chatbot go on my website?
Yes. I can give you an embeddable chat widget for any website, or an API your developers can call from your app.
Which AI models do you use?
OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini or open source models. I pick based on your budget, privacy needs and language, and you can switch later.

Do I get the source code?
