FAQ
What does the package cover?
Up to 3 WordPress fixes or small changes, a backup before any change, and testing on desktop and mobile, with unlimited revisions within that scope.
Can you fix the WordPress critical error or white screen?
Yes. I check the error logs, find the plugin, theme or PHP version causing it and bring the site back.
Will my site be safe while you work?
Yes. I take a full backup first so anything can be restored.
What access do you need?
A WordPress admin login. For critical errors I may also need hosting or FTP access.
Can you speed up my WordPress site?
Yes. I fix the main speed problems like heavy images, too many plugins and missing caching.
Do you work with Elementor, Divi and WooCommerce?
Yes. I work with Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, WPBakery, Gutenberg and WooCommerce.
Why is my contact form not sending emails?
Usually the host blocks PHP mail. I set up SMTP so your form emails arrive reliably.
