What do I need to provide before you start working on my automation script?
I’ll need a clear description of the manual process you want to automate, any sample files (CSV, Excel, JSON, etc.) if applicable, and access to or documentation for the APIs you want to connect.
What if my project requires specific API keys or sensitive login details?
You should never share your master passwords. For APIs, you can provide test credentials, sandbox keys, or restricted API tokens. We can also handle sensitive credentials securely via environment variables (.env files) so your details remain safe.
Can you automate tasks using paid APIs or third-party paid services?
Yes, but please note that any third-party subscription costs or paid API usage fees (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud, Twilio) are the buyer's responsibility. You will need to provide your own API key.
Will I receive the complete Python source code?
Yes, every package includes full access to the commented Python source code along with instructions on how to set it up and run it on your local system or server.
What happens if the script stops working or Encounters an error after delivery?
Each package includes post-delivery revisions to fix bugs or logic issues based on your initial scope. If an external API changes its structure in the future, I can help you update the script under a small new order.
