Do I need to have a business plan or financial data already?
No. Many clients start from scratch. I'll send you a short questionnaire and guide you through everything I need.
Can you work on any type of business?
Yes. I've worked across real estate, hospitality, food & beverage, energy, logistics and technology. Message me first if your industry is highly specialized.
Where does the market data come from?
From desk research, industry reports and public sources. If you have your own data or quotes, I'll include them to make the numbers more accurate.
Will I be able to edit the Excel model?
Yes. The model is fully linked and unlocked, including all formulas, so you or your bank can audit every calculation. Input cells are clearly marked, so you can change assumptions and update the projections yourself.
Can the plan be used for a bank loan or investors?
Yes. The plan includes the metrics lenders and investors look for, such as cash flow, break-even, NPV, IRR and a funding plan.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. Deliverables are available in English or Spanish, and a translated version can be added as an extra.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. I'm happy to sign your NDA before you share any information. All your data and documents are kept strictly confidential and used only for your project. If a buyer doesn't have an NDA of their own, you can send them a standard one through the Fiverr order chat. Keep the whole exchange on Fiverr
How does the process work?
After you order, we have a short kickoff call to understand your business and agree on the key assumptions. I then build the market analysis and financial model, share a draft for your feedback, and deliver the final plan with the editable Excel file.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is any change within the agreed scope, such as updating assumptions, adjusting figures or rewording sections. Adding a new product line, market or business unit counts as extra scope and is quoted separately.
Which package is right for me?
Choose Basic if you only need a quick check of whether the numbers work. Choose Standard if you need a complete business plan for a bank or partners.
