I will design a power bi dashboard for telecom network kpi reporting

About this gig
Turn your raw operational data into a Power BI dashboard your team will actually use.
I'm a network performance engineer with 19+ years in telecom (Ericsson, Accenture, Smart Communications), where reporting KPIs to management was my day job. I know what separates a dashboard that gets opened every morning from one that gets ignored: the right metrics, clear thresholds, and drill-downs that answer the next question before it's asked.
WHAT I BUILD
Overview pages with headline KPI cards and breach indicators. Regional, site, or team drill-downs. Watchlist tables that flag underperformers with color coding. Trend analysis that explains WHY a metric moved. Custom DAX measures and interactive filtering.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Network operations teams tracking availability, call drop rate, throughput, latency, or handover success. Also works for any business tracking operational KPIs across regions, sites, or teams.
WHAT I NEED
Your data in Excel or CSV, plus a note on which KPIs matter and any thresholds.
WHAT YOU GET
A clean, interactive .pbix file plus a PDF export, ready to open in Power BI Desktop or publish to your workspace.
See my portfolio for a full dashboard sample.

FAQ
What format should I send my data in?
Excel (.xlsx) or CSV works best. If your data lives in a database or another system, message me first and we can work out the connection. Clean, structured data speeds things up, but I can handle some cleanup as part of the build.
Do I need a Power BI license to use the dashboard?
Power BI Desktop is free, so you can open and explore the .pbix file at no cost. You only need a Pro licence if you want to publish it to the Power BI service and share it online with colleagues. I deliver a PDF export either way.
My data isn't telecom. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Telecom is where I built the skill, but the approach works for any operational KPIs tracked across regions, sites, teams or time: sales, logistics, manufacturing, service desks, field operations. Send me a sample and I'll tell you honestly if I'm a good fit.
