I worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist for Mary Cosmetics, where I was responsible for helping the brand improve its online presence, strengthen customer relationships, and significantly boost sales through strategic email marketing using Klaviyo. My primary focus was to design and implement effective email marketing strategies that would not only promote the brand’s cosmetic products but also build a strong connection with customers and encourage repeat purchases. From the beginning of the collaboration, I worked closely with the brand owner to understand the target audience, product positioning, and overall business goals so that every marketing effort would align with the brand’s vision and growth strategy. One of my key responsibilities was planning and executing targeted email marketing campaigns that highlighted Mary Cosmetics’ products, special offers, and new launches. I developed engaging email content that reflected the brand’s identity while also being optimized for conversions. This included writing persuasive copy, structuring email layouts for better readability, and ensuring the campaigns were designed to capture attention and encourage customers to take action. I made sure that each campaign delivered value to subscribers by providing useful information about products, beauty tips, and exclusive promotions that kept customers interested and engaged with the brand. A major part of my work involved setting up and optimizing automated email flows using Klaviyo. Automation allowed the brand to communicate with customers at the right time without requiring constant manual effort. I built and refined several key flows, including a welcome series that introduced new subscribers to the brand and encouraged them to explore the product range.
