China supplier verification
About this Gig
Before you pay your Chinese supplier, someone should stand on their factory floor.
Site visits are made by local field partners; I set the checklist, review the evidence and write the English report in Beijing. Send me the factory city and address before ordering: the network does not reach every part of China, so coverage is confirmed first.
WHAT A VISIT ANSWERS
- Is this a real manufacturer, or a trading company?
- Does the site match the registered address?
- Do machines, workforce and stock support the quoted capacity?
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
- Dated photographs of the site and production floor
- A focused registry and identity check
- A dated public-record screening summary where available (registration, penalties, enforcement)
- A short English report separating observations, concerns and open items
HOW IT WORKS
Message me with the city and address before ordering; after ordering, send the legal name and contact person. A local field partner visits inside the delivery window shown on the package; the report follows within 48 hours.
Buyer-side, observation-based verification: not laboratory testing, not certification, and not a guarantee of future performance.

FAQ
When does the visit happen, and how fast is the report?
The visit is arranged inside the delivery window shown on the package you order. The English report and the dated photo record are delivered within 48 hours after the visit.
Who actually carries out the visit?
Site visits are performed by local field partners from a network built over ten years of lending and leasing due-diligence work. I set the checklist, review the evidence and write the final English report in Beijing.
Do you cover my supplier's location?
The network usually reaches manufacturing areas in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hunan, Hubei, Hebei, Henan and the Beijing area, but not every part of China. Message me with the city and address before ordering so coverage is confirmed first.
Is this the same as an SGS or QIMA audit?
No. Those are certification and quality-system audits. This is buyer-side verification: is the supplier real, can it produce, and is it doing what you were told about this order. If you need a formal audit, I will say so.
Do you guarantee that my supplier is reliable?
No. A site visit can document observable facts, but it cannot guarantee the supplier's future performance. I report what is verifiable, flag what is not, and list the open points so you can decide.
What if the supplier refuses the visit?
A refusal is itself a finding. It is recorded in writing with the time and the person involved, and reported to you. If a perimeter observation or a change of scope makes sense, it is priced before anything is carried out.
