Do I need an existing Shopify store, or can you build one from scratch?
Both - I can build a new store from the ground up, or work within your existing store to add automation on top of it.
What tools do you use for the automation side?
Typically, n8n, Zapier, or Make, connected to Shopify's API and any apps or platforms you already use (email/SMS providers, fulfillment partners, etc.).
Do I need to pay for any extra software?
Possibly, some automations rely on a paid Shopify app or an automation platform subscription. I'll flag any additional costs before we start so there are no surprises.
Can you connect Shopify to my supplier or fulfillment system?
Yes, this is a common request and typically falls under the Premium package or as a custom add-on, depending on the complexity of the integration.
I already have abandoned cart emails through Shopify's default settings, is this different?
Yes. Shopify's default recovery emails are basic. I build multi-step, personalized recovery sequences (often combining email and SMS) that typically recover more sales than the default single email.
