Hello, my name is Ben Oyebande. As a freelance drummer based in Manchester, UK, I have experience in working in both live and studio environments, including remote recordings. Can I swap the tom mics for a hi-hat or a kick-out mic?
Absolutely! I have a fixed number of 8 high-quality inputs. If your track is groove-heavy and doesn't require a full tom spread, I can re-patch those channels to capture a dedicated hi-hat or a 'kick-out' for extra sub-frequency punch. Just let me know your preference when ordering!
What is the AI-Hybrid Loop?
It is a MIDI-driven audio loop generated by DrumNet that perfectly tracks my live performance
How do I use it?
You can blend it under my acoustic tracks to add "click" to the kick or "snap" to the snare, or use it solo during a bridge for a modern, electronic breakdown
Does it sound robotic?
No. Because it is generated based on my specific swing and velocity from the main take, it retains a human feel while providing high-end studio textures.
Does the price change?
No. While we remove the AI processing, we replace it with additional manual engineering and performance time to ensure your drums still hit with the "Full Production" impact promised in the Premium tier. You get the same elite quality, just 100% human-powered
Q: Can I request revisions on the drum mix in the video?
A: I provide 2 revisions for the performance (the drumming itself). The video mix is provided as a professional reference. For your final song, please use the 8 raw multitracks to achieve your exact desired mix!
Q: Can I just have the live drum multitracks and mastered video without the AI "Sonic Shadow" layers?
A: Absolutely! If you prefer a purely organic sound, I am happy to provide just the high-quality live multitracks and the mastered performance video. However, because the Premium Package is already priced to offer my best available service and turnaround time, the price remains the same. You can sim
