I build Telegram bots that collect requests, remember customer details and send information to your CRM, spreadsheet or API. The bot can ask follow-up questions, guide users through a menu and notify a manager when a lead is ready.
I map the user flow with you, agree on the fields to save, then build and test the bot on sample conversations. You receive the source code and short handover notes.
Basic covers one simple scenario and one integration. Standard adds a database, up to two integrations and deployment. Premium covers payment or admin features, up to three integrations and deployment. Payment features depend on the provider's API, country support and account approval.
Customer memory means agreed fields and conversation state stored in a database or connected service. Complex AI conversations, extra scenarios and migrations need a separate scope.

What does customer memory mean?
The bot stores agreed fields and conversation state so returning users do not need to repeat the same details. We choose the storage and retention rules before development. Human-like AI conversations are a separate scope.
Can you connect a CRM or an external API?
Yes, when the service provides a suitable API or webhook. Basic includes one integration, Standard up to two and Premium up to three. Share the documentation so I can check the required actions.
Can you add payments?
Payment features can be included in Premium when the provider supports your country and use case. You supply an approved provider account. Approval, transaction fees and provider requirements are outside the development scope.
Is deployment included?
Standard and Premium include deployment. Basic deployment needs a separately agreed scope or custom offer through Fiverr. You supply a suitable server account and pay hosting costs.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. You receive the delivered source code and concise setup notes. I test the agreed user flow and integrations before handover. Package revisions cover changes within the agreed scope.
Can you deliver faster?
Basic and Standard offer Extra Fast Delivery. A shorter turnaround works when the scope is confirmed and access is ready. Payments, several integrations or a migration are harder to compress, so the fastest option is offered only when it is technically safe.
