What data do you need from me?
Ideally, an Excel or CSV export covering approximately 12 months of procurement data. Supplier, date, amount and currency are the minimum useful fields. Additional fields such as category, description, PO number or quantity improve the analysis.
Does my data need to be clean or perfectly structured?
No. Incomplete or inconsistent ERP/SAP data is common. I will assess the available data first and structure it as far as reasonably possible for the diagnostic.
Is this an automated spend analysis report?
No. The analysis is reviewed and interpreted manually based on your procurement data and business context. The objective is to identify relevant procurement opportunities, not simply generate charts.
What will I receive?
Depending on the selected package, you will receive a structured diagnostic with key findings, prioritized procurement opportunities and practical recommendations. Standard and Premium include a stronger management-level assessment.
Can you support implementation after the diagnostic?
Yes. If required, I can support sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, procurement improvement initiatives or ongoing fractional procurement support as a separate engagement.
