I build inventory systems that fix the tracking problem, then add something most sellers don't bother with: an AI agent you can actually talk to. Not a chatbot that just answers questions an agent that checks stock levels, updates quantities, flags what needs reordering, and logs every change it makes, straight from a plain message. Tell it "we sold 12 of the blue ones" and it updates the record and tells you what's left.
