After 30 years running freight and logistics operations, I've learned that most delays come from unclear steps and unclear owners, not from people who don't work hard.

I start with a short assessment and capture your process as a Statement of Work: every step, who owns it, and the KPI that says when it starts and when it is done. From that I build a clear process map with swim lanes, so everyone sees what needs to happen, by when and by whom. All I need from you is a walkthrough of how the work is done today and the names and email addresses of the people involved.

Standard adds an implementation plan and a consulting deck with a reason-code template for delays and a SIPOC analysis (Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Customer). Premium adds a cost forecast showing what you save by automating or outsourcing tasks, plus live monitoring so you can follow every running process in a Kanban view.
