BASIC: 1 workflow, 2 apps, up to 5 nodes. Native connectors; no custom API, AI or branching.
STANDARD: 1 workflow, 3 apps, 15 nodes, branching, alerts and 1 optional AI or documented REST API step.
PREMIUM: 3 related workflows, 5 apps, 30 nodes total, up to 2 AI/API steps combined, tests and a runbook.
All packages include workflow exports, setup notes and checks with agreed sample data. Node limits include triggers and error handling. AI outputs are checked against an agreed sample set.
Send your process, apps and desired result before ordering. You provide an existing n8n instance, scoped app access and approved sample data. Hosting, API usage and subscriptions are separate. Custom apps, scraping, bulk migration, infrastructure setup and ongoing monitoring require separate scope.

What counts as a workflow?
One trigger-to-outcome process. Node limits include triggers, transformations and error handling. We agree the diagram and acceptance checks before work starts. Extra branches, apps or outcomes require additional scope.
Can you add AI or connect a custom API?
Standard includes one AI or documented REST API step; Premium includes up to two combined. The API must support the required action. AI output quality depends on the task and model. Custom authentication, RAG systems and autonomous agents need a separate quote.
How do I share access and what costs are separate?
Use scoped invitations or your platform's credential connection. Do not send passwords or API keys in the brief. You pay n8n hosting, app subscriptions and API usage directly. Infrastructure setup is separate.
What do revisions and support cover?
Revisions refine the agreed workflow and test cases. New apps, triggers and features are extra scope. Delivery includes setup notes; ongoing monitoring, maintenance and changes after acceptance are separate services.
What do the API and action counts include?
API counts refer to the connected apps, including native n8n connectors. Basic has no custom API or AI step. Standard allows one custom API or AI step; Premium allows two combined. Action limits include all workflow nodes, triggers, transformations and error handling.
