When will I get my order?
I deliver your project within 72 hours for all Standard orders including weekends and holidays. If you want me to deliver your project faster, order "Priority" Delivery and you'll get your audio within 24 hours. PLEASE NOTE: Weekend and Public holiday delivery times is 96 hours i.e 4days.
Do I require commercial rights?
If you want to use the voiceover for any business use you need to purchase the commercial rights license. The rights are necessary and fair, as they protect you from any liability for further compensation to me.
What is your revision policy?
I guarantee my work 100%. if I misspeak a word or a phrase, I will fix it at no charge. However, buyer/client generated script changes, unclear pronunciations, a different style request, etc. will require an additional fee for the studio time needed.
