I will create a focused Excel workbook for tracking tasks, projects, or routine business activity.
Your workbook can include labeled input columns, filters, dropdowns, conditional formatting, and straightforward formulas. Standard and Premium add a summary sheet with counts or totals and simple charts.
You provide the fields, calculation rules, and sanitized sample data. I build the workbook around the agreed requirements and check formulas against sample cases. The finished file is checked against your brief before delivery.
You receive an editable, macro-free XLSX and brief usage instructions. Package limits cover the agreed worksheets, columns, row capacity, and calculation rules.
No macros, VBA, Power Query, external data connections, scraping, integrations, financial advice, or ongoing maintenance are included.

What does the row limit mean?
It is the total prepared tracking capacity, including supplied records and blank input rows. Premium's 1000-row limit is shared between its two trackers. Further expansion is outside the original scope.
Do you provide macros or integrations?
No. Delivery is a macro-free XLSX. VBA, scripts, Power Query, external connections, automatic imports and integrations are excluded.
What data cleanup is included?
Formatting a supplied, consistently structured table is included. Research, filling missing information, reconciling conflicting sources or extensive data cleaning is not included.
Will the workbook work in Google Sheets?
These packages are for Excel. Google Sheets compatibility is not included. Please provide your Excel version and platform before work begins.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated round of changes within the agreed brief. Additional worksheets, new workflows, extra calculation rules or increased capacity require a separate scope.
Is ongoing maintenance included?
No. Delivery includes brief usage instructions and the stated revision. Future changes and ongoing maintenance are separate.
Do you use AI tools?
AI-assisted tools may be used for parts of the work. Please discuss any restrictions before ordering.
What are the package limits?
One workbook per order. Package columns and row limits apply to tracking sheets. Dropdowns, formatting rules and calculation rules are totals across the workbook. Basic: 1 tracker; Standard: tracker plus summary; Premium: 2 trackers plus summary. See package descriptions for exact counts.
What counts as a calculation rule?
A calculation rule is one pattern repeated across rows or categories. Includes arithmetic, dates, IF logic and simple counts/totals. Excludes complex lookups, forecasting, PivotTables, optimization and repair of undocumented formulas. 'Formats' means conditional-formatting rules.
