FAQ
Why is my WordPress website not sending emails?
WordPress email problems can come from hosting restrictions, incorrect sender settings, form configuration, SMTP authentication or DNS/email-provider settings. I will diagnose the setup and configure an appropriate SMTP or supported API connection.
Can you configure WP Mail SMTP?
Yes. I can install and configure WP Mail SMTP or work with another suitable SMTP plugin already installed on your WordPress website.
Can you fix Contact Form 7, Elementor Forms or WPForms emails?
Yes. I can troubleshoot WordPress contact forms that submit successfully but do not deliver notifications, including Contact Form 7, Elementor Forms, WPForms and other common form plugins.
Can you fix WooCommerce order emails?
Yes. I can check WooCommerce transactional emails such as new orders, customer confirmations and other notifications within the agreed package.
Can you fix emails going to spam?
I can check your WordPress mail setup, sender configuration and relevant authentication records such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Inbox placement is ultimately controlled by receiving mail providers, so no provider can guarantee every message will reach the inbox.
Do you work with Gmail or Google Workspace?
Yes. I can configure supported Gmail and Google Workspace sending methods, subject to the account access and settings required by Google.
Can you configure Microsoft 365, Brevo or SendGrid?
Yes, where the service and account support the required SMTP or API configuration. Please message me before ordering if your setup is complex.
Do I need to buy WP Mail SMTP Pro?
Not always. Many websites can be configured using a free plugin or another available mailer. If your chosen setup requires a paid license or external email service, that cost is separate.
