I work across instructional design, eLearning development, training presentation design, and Articulate 360/SCORM-based learning, helping organizations turn complex subject matter into clear, engaging learning experiences. Over 3–4 years in the field, I have built and developed 90+ courses across hospitality, medical, trucking, software, workplace safety, and education, while supporting corporate training, onboarding, compliance, employee development, and self-paced learning. My work goes beyond making slides look polished. I structure content around learning objectives, cognitive load, logical progression, learner navigation, and usability. Recent projects have included training and development presentations covering needs analysis, training programs, e-learning technology, evaluation, employee development plans, and organizational impact, as well as complex corporate compliance learning materials. Clients value the way I manage both the learning experience and the delivery process. One client noted that I transformed raw subject-matter data into a clear, intuitive, engaging interactive slide deck while anticipating formatting issues, asking focused questions, and building safeguards into navigation. Over the past 4+ years, I’ve partnered with businesses, educators, coaches, HR teams, and organizations worldwide to design and deliver interactive eLearning courses, onboarding training programs, compliance training, and instructional video content.
