What file types do you accept?
CSV is the standard format included in each package. Please contact me before ordering if your data is in Excel, Google Sheets, or multiple files.
Will you import the cleaned data directly into HubSpot?
No. The standard packages deliver an import-ready CSV file but do not include access to your HubSpot account or a production import.
How do you handle duplicate contacts?
I use agreed matching rules such as email address, phone number, or selected field combinations. Ambiguous matches are flagged for review rather than merged automatically.
Can you find or add missing contact information?
No. These packages cover cleaning, correction, formatting, validation, and deduplication. Web research and data enrichment are not included.
Can you clean more rows than the package limit?
Yes. Add the extra rows option, or message me your row and column count for a custom offer. The number of columns and rules affects the work more than the number of rows.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers corrections needed to follow the cleaning rules agreed upon before the order started. New files, additional records, or new cleaning rules require a separate offer.
Should I send a sample before ordering?
Yes. Please send an anonymized sample of 20–50 rows so I can confirm the file structure, duplicate rules, and appropriate package.
How do you handle my data?
I only need the CSV file. Please remove any columns I do not need before sending it. I work on a copy of your file and never share it with anyone.
