What if the bug can't be fixed?
I check that the problem is fixable before you order. If something blocks the fix, I tell you straight away and we adjust or cancel the order through Fiverr.
Can you fix code written by AI tools?

Do you need access to my server?
Usually the repository is enough. If the bug only happens in production, I may ask for logs or a limited account. Never share root passwords.
