FAQ
HOW DOES THIS PRODUCTIVITY COACHING WORK?
This isn’t virtual assistance - it’s productivity coaching designed for self-employed individuals. I’ll guide you step-by-step to organize your life, projects, routines, and goals—so you can plan and execute with clarity and confidence.
CAN THIS HELP ME WITH PROCRASTINATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT?
Absolutely. We’ll explore the root causes of procrastination and distractions, and design systems and habits that support your focus and follow-through. You’ll learn how to plan your days and weeks with intention - so things actually get done.
WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU AS MY PRODUCTIVITY COACH?
I ask the right questions and listen deeply. My approach is personal, compassionate, and flexible to your needs. I continuously study productivity, human behavior, and communication - I'm a psychoanalysis student at the moment.
WHAT WILL I GET FROM OUR COACHING SESSIONS?
Each session is tailored to help you create structure in your personal and professional life. We’ll organize your to-do lists, projects, routines and goals into a cohesive system that works for you. You’ll gain clarity, consistency, and peace of mind - plus accountability to stay on track.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM A TO-DO APP OR PRODUCTIVITY PLANNER?
Great question! Tools are helpful—but without a system and a mindset shift, they don’t stick. I’ll help you set up a personal organization system that acts like a second brain. It's not just about tracking tasks—it’s about creating a lifestyle where planning, execution, and rest can coexist.
WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES?
You must be self-employed *and* love what you do.
WHY IS THIS EXCLUSIVE TO SELF-EMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS?
I'm self-employed myself. I relate a lot to this niche and I have and continue to work with many entrepreneurs. It's my favorite audience because they are passionate about what they do and have a sincere drive and a calling that's so exciting to work with.
WHAT’S YOUR BACKGROUND?
I originally graduated in software development but had some inner work at 25 which led me to a career shift, taking me to coaching and productivity work. I've studied NLP and am currently a psychoanalist student.
5 FACTS ABOUT YOU...
I love cats, dancing, and cooking. I collect percussion instruments and enjoy snapping photos of funny caution stickmen. One of my dreams is to experience zero gravity.
