I created a Thinkific membership and course-delivery system for Dunbar Academy who had completed the content but needed help turning it into a professional student experience. I built the program structure, uploaded and formatted lessons, organized videos and downloadable resources, configured quizzes and completion certificates, and applied the client’s brand colors, fonts, and imagery across pages. I set up membership access, drip schedules, pricing options, coupons, checkout settings, welcome emails, and student notifications. I also developed a focused sales page that explained the transformation, curriculum, instructor credibility, and enrollment steps clearly. Before launch, I tested registration, payment, lesson access, progress tracking, certificate delivery, and mobile responsiveness. The finished academy was structured for simple administration and smooth learning, with one handover showing the client how to add lessons, manage members, update pricing, and review student activity.

Kajabi to Thinkific Migration for an Online Training Academy

Migrated their online training academy from Kajabi to Thinkific after the client experienced high platform costs, duplicated content, and a confusing student journey. I audited the academy, mapped every course, module, lesson, video, worksheet, quiz, pricing option, and enrollment path, then rebuilt the structure inside Thinkific. I redesigned the main academy pages to match the client’s branding, recreated product offers, connected payment settings, configured student access, and checked links and downloadable materials. I also organized existing learners and created a transition plan to reduce disruption during relaunch. Each course was tested from purchase through completion on desktop and mobile. The completed platform gave the client a cleaner backend, more consistent presentation, and a simpler process for updating content. Final delivery included a migration checklist, issues log, quality-assurance review, and instructions for managing courses, students, offers, and future updates.

I built a complete Thinkific course website for a business coach who needed one place to sell programs, collect payments, and onboard students. I organized the course curriculum into clear modules and lessons, designed the homepage, course sales page, checkout flow, thank-you page, and student welcome area, then connected the custom domain and payment settings. I also created lead-capture sections, configured email notifications, added downloadable resources, and tested the full enrollment journey on desktop and mobile. The client’s original setup was fragmented, visually inconsistent, and difficult for students to navigate. I replaced it with a structured, branded learning experience that made the offer easier to understand and the platform easier to manage. The final delivery included launch testing, corrections, an organized backend, and a handover guide explaining how to update lessons, pricing, coupons, and page content after completion. I documented the final workflow for easy use.
