Yes. I can organize the takeoff into an Excel lumber list suitable for bidding, purchasing or supplier quotation.

Yes. Color-coded PDF markups are included so you can review the measured scope and quantities.

Yes. Hangers, straps, hold-downs, anchors, clips and related hardware can be included when clearly shown or specified.

Yes. Material pricing is included in Premium and can be added to other packages. Please provide the project location and preferred pricing basis.

PDF drawings are preferred. I can also review DWG files, specifications, schedules, image files and supporting Excel documents where applicable.

No. This Gig covers material takeoff and quantity documentation. Structural calculations, connection design, stamped drawings and code certification are excluded unless separately agreed.
