Designed and built an end-to-end inventory optimization model for imported spare parts (2,133 SKUs) using ABC-XYZ-FSN classification, safety stock and reorder point modeling. Delivered a two-page Power BI dashboard with DAX measures, a capital-release waterfall analysis, and supporting SOPs. Model released PKR 314M in working capital while achieving 97.8% reorder point compliance.
