About this gig
SoftMind Solutions is a team of 60+ developers, designers, and AI specialists with 10+ years of software development experience across our team. We help startups and businesses build AI voice agents using Vapi and ElevenLabs for customer support, lead qualification, appointment booking, sales, and other business workflows.
Clients choose us for natural voice conversations, reliable integrations, scalable architecture, secure development, and transparent communication. We can connect voice agents with CRMs, calendars, databases, APIs, phone systems, OpenAI, and other business tools.
Our process starts by understanding your use case, call flow, and required integrations. We then design the conversation, configure the AI voice agent, integrate your systems, test real scenarios, and optimize performance in clear milestones. To start, we need your use case, call script or workflow, required integrations, and relevant API or account access.
Message us before ordering so we can review your AI voice agent requirements, recommend the right setup, and confirm the scope, timeline, and package before we begin.
