Why should I message you before ordering?
Messaging us first allows us to review your business requirements, evaluate your wireframes or user flows, and recommend the exact package or custom milestone plan for your timeline.
What assets do you need from me to start development?
We need your project brief, wireframes or Figma designs (if available), branding assets (logo, colors), and access to your FlutterFlow, Supabase, and BuildShip accounts.
Are third-party subscriptions and API fees included in the gig price?
No. You are responsible for all subscription costs and usage fees directly with FlutterFlow, Supabase, BuildShip, OpenAI, Stripe, and Apple/Google developer accounts.
How do you ensure our Supabase database is secure?
We implement granular Row Level Security (RLS) policies, secure role-based access control, and environment variable protection to prevent unauthorized database read/write access.
Can you integrate AI agents or LLMs into my mobile app?
Yes. We use BuildShip to orchestrate AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), create custom prompt pipelines, and connect them seamlessly to your FlutterFlow front end.
Will I own 100% of the app code and assets upon completion?
Yes. All FlutterFlow project files, Supabase database schemas, and BuildShip workflow automations belong entirely to you with zero vendor lock-in.

Yes. In our Standard and Premium packages, we configure app certificates, bundle identifiers, metadata assets, and prepare the builds for store review.
What is covered under your revision policy?
Revisions cover UI refinements, alignment fixes, logic tweaks, and workflow bug fixes within the agreed scope. Major scope additions outside the initial agreement are quoted separately.
Do you provide post-delivery maintenance and technical support?
Yes. We include 30 days of post-delivery bug fixing and technical support on our full app packages, and offer ongoing monthly maintenance retainer plans if needed.
Can you connect external tools like Stripe, CRMs, or custom REST APIs?
Yes. We connect any REST, GraphQL, or webhook-based third-party service including Stripe, HubSpot, Airtable, Twilio, and custom backend systems.
