Working as a Business Registration Expert with BUYKII. com, where I assist entrepreneurs, startups, and international clients in establishing and managing their businesses in the United States. My role focuses on providing end-to-end business formation and compliance services to ensure clients meet all legal and regulatory requirements. I help clients register U.S. LLCs and corporations in various states, obtain Employer Identification Numbers (EIN) from the IRS, and complete essential compliance procedures required to maintain their companies in good standing. I also support clients with BOI reporting, annual report filings, amendments, and other regulatory filings. In addition, I provide consultation to help both U.S. residents and non-U.S. residents understand the process of forming and maintaining a U.S. business. My work involves guiding clients through selecting the appropriate business structure, preparing required documentation, and ensuring that their companies remain compliant with federal and state regulations.
