Do you use the official WhatsApp API or an unofficial bot?
Only the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Unofficial QR-code bots break WhatsApp's terms and can get your number banned. You need a Meta Business account and a number for the API; I guide you through setup and verification.
Which AI models do you use?
OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini, on your own API key so costs stay transparent. I suggest the best fit for your languages, budget and accuracy, and you can switch models later.
Is my business data safe?
Your documents and chats are stored in accounts you own and are used only to answer your customers. OpenAI, Claude and Gemini business APIs don't train on your data by default. I can sign an NDA and hand over all access at the end.
Can it reply in Urdu or Arabic?
Yes. It replies in the customer's language: English, Urdu (including Roman Urdu), Arabic, Hindi and more. Standard covers 2 languages and Premium 3. Add more with the language extra.
Can a human take over the chat?
Yes. The agent hands the chat to your team when a customer asks for a person or asks something your docs don't cover. You reply from the dashboard, then hand it back to the AI. Included in Premium, an extra in Basic and Standard.
What will it cost to run each month?
You pay Meta's WhatsApp conversation fees and your AI provider's usage directly. For most small businesses these are modest, but they depend on volume. I give you an estimate for your expected chats before we start.
