HOW IT WORKS
You send the error and read only access or the repo. I find the cause and tell you what it is before touching anything. Then I fix it and explain what changed, so the same thing does not come back.

Can you fix it without full access to my AWS account?
Usually yes. Read only access plus the error and your logs is enough for me to find the cause. For the fix I need write access limited to the service involved, and you can remove it as soon as I am done.
The code was written by someone else. Will you still work on it?
That is most of my work. Send me the repository and I will tell you honestly what state it is in, what is risky, and what it will take to fix, before you commit to anything.
What if the problem turns out to be bigger than one package?
I tell you the moment I know, with what I found and what the real scope is. You decide whether to upgrade, split it into stages, or cancel. I would rather lose an order than start work I cannot finish properly.
