Making sure that proper procurement process is followed with documentation i.e. (purchase requests, quotations, analysis, and selection of vendor, purchase order, physical check on delivery with waybills, handing over). · Approving Logistics documents (Quotation, Price Comparison, Purchase order, Good Received Note, Delivery Note, and Invoicing). · Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. · Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing, Track orders and ensure timely delivery. · Negotiate contracts, bids, prices and terms with suppliers, vendors. · Follow up order/purchase process until delivery and ensure the quality of the purchase and that delivery deadlines are met. · Follow up Receive and forward goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of contact/storage area. · Monitor all fleet SOP’s e.g. log books, use of the vehicles fuel consumption checks, movement planning, movement tracking.
