Please provide your project name, reporting period, project plan, milestone status, available budget data, risks, issues, and KPI preferences. A structured questionnaire will guide you.
2. Do we need to schedule a meeting?
No. This service is designed for asynchronous delivery. You can share your project data and requirements through Fiverr messages and files.
3. What will I receive?
Depending on your package, you will receive an Excel KPI dashboard, weekly status report, RAID tracker, milestone tracker, portfolio RAG heatmap, and executive summary.
4. Can you create reports for multiple projects?
Yes. The Basic package covers 1 project, Standard covers up to 2 projects, and Premium covers up to 4 projects for one reporting period.
5. Can you work with incomplete project data?
Yes, within limits. I will identify missing information and document assumptions. KPIs that cannot be calculated reliably will be marked as unavailable rather than estimated.
6. Do you manage projects or update Jira and MS Project?
No. I prepare reports using client-provided data. Project execution, system access, live data extraction, budget approvals, and operational project management are not included.
7. Can I order weekly or monthly recurring reports?
