What information should I provide before ordering?
Please provide sketches, dimensions, reference images, technical requirements, preferred materials, file formats, and the intended function of the product. The more detailed the information, the more accurate the design will be.
Can you design mechanical assemblies?
Yes. I can design assemblies consisting of multiple parts, including component arrangement, mechanical connections, exploded views, and technical drawings. Please contact me first so I can evaluate the complexity.
What CAD software do you use?
I primarily use Autodesk Inventor. I can also deliver neutral file formats such as STEP, STL, IGES, DWG, DXF, and PDF for compatibility with other CAD software.
Do you provide manufacturing or physical prototypes?
No. This Gig covers digital mechanical design, 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings. Physical manufacturing, machining, 3D printing, and shipping are not included.
Are engineering calculations or simulations included?
Basic design considerations may be included depending on the project. Detailed FEA, CFD, strength calculations, or other engineering analyses are not included unless agreed through a custom offer.
