Do you only work with ChatGPT/OpenAI?
No! I work with various LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) and can set up self-hosted solutions using vLLM or Ollama if data privacy is a concern.
What is RAG and do I need it?
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) lets your chatbot answer questions based on your own documents and data. It's essential if you want accurate, company-specific responses instead of generic AI answers.
What do I need to prepare before our consultation?
Just a clear idea of the problem you want to solve. Bonus: example customer questions, existing documentation, or data sources you'd like to integrate.
Do you also implement the chatbot or just consult?
Both! The Basic package focuses on consulting and recommendations. For implementation, we can discuss a custom offer after the initial assessment.
How does the consultation take place?
Via video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams). You'll receive a summary document with recommendations afterward. I am based in germany.
