Can you troubleshoot an existing FortiGate configuration?
Yes. I can review and troubleshoot existing FortiGate configurations involving firewall policies, NAT, VPN, routing, VLANs, SD-WAN and connectivity problems.
Do you configure IPsec site-to-site VPNs?
Yes. I can troubleshoot or configure FortiGate site-to-site IPsec VPNs, including routing, firewall policies, NAT considerations and connectivity validation.
Can you troubleshoot FortiGate with pfSense, OPNsense or another firewall?
Yes. Multi-vendor VPN and routing issues can be supported when sufficient access and configuration details are provided. Please contact me first for complex environments.
Do I need to provide remote access?
Not always. Many issues can be investigated using configuration exports, screenshots, CLI output and diagnostic results. For live troubleshooting, authorized remote access may be required.
Can you work with BGP or OSPF?
Yes. I can troubleshoot FortiGate static routing, BGP and OSPF issues, including route selection and connectivity problems.
Can you fix SD-WAN issues?
Yes. I can review SD-WAN members, health checks, routing, firewall policies and failover behavior. Complex multi-site SD-WAN should be discussed before ordering.
Will you provide documentation?
Every order includes a concise summary of the work performed. Detailed technical documentation can be included in the Premium package or added separately.
Can you access my firewall securely?
Access is only used with the client's authorization and only for the agreed scope. Credentials or connection details should be provided through Fiverr's order requirements or approved communication channels.
