Yes — most fatal errors lock you out of the dashboard. With hosting (cPanel or FTP) access I fix at the file level. Message me and I'll list exactly what I need.
A plugin update broke my site. Can you fix it without losing content?
Yes. I resolve the conflict or safely roll back the offending component without touching your pages or content.
How fast can you fix it?
Basic single-error fixes are usually same-day. Complex multi-error jobs go to Standard or Premium with a staging copy.
Do you need my login details?
For most fatal errors I need hosting access (cPanel/SFTP/FTP); wp-admin too when it's reachable. You can create a temporary account and revoke it after delivery.
