About this gig
You spent months writing your book. Don't let poor formatting make it look amateur or get it rejected by Amazon KDP.
I'm Olamilekan, and I've formatted books for 200+ authors on Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and Lulu, from first-time writers to experienced publishers.
Does this sound familiar?
- KDP or IngramSpark rejected your file over margins, bleed, or trim size.
- Your layout looks homemade.
- Your Kindle or EPUB file breaks on some devices
I format every book myself in Adobe InDesign, so your interior is clean, consistent, and easy to read.
You'll get:
- Kindle & validated EPUB with clickable table of contents
- Print-ready PDF with correct trim, margins, and bleed
- Chapter openings, headers, page numbers, and front/back matter Files that pass
- KDP and IngramSpark review, or I fix them free Source files
Genres: nonfiction, memoir, faith, self-help, fiction, fantasy, romance, children's and workbooks.
Not sure which package fits? Send me your word count and target platform, and I'll recommend one.

Do you handle non fiction, cookbooks, business books, or illustrated books?
Yes! I format non-fiction, cookbooks, recipe books, children’s books, business books, workbooks, manga/RTL, and more.
What if my book has images, tables, or complex layout?
That’s not a problem. I handle complex book typesetting, including images, charts, workbooks, and mixed layouts using Canva book formatting or InDesign formatting, depending on what fits your project best.
I already tried DIY formatting—can you fix my existing file?
Yes. I regularly fix broken layouts, rejected KDP files, messy Kindle formatting, EPUB errors, and print issues caused by DIY or previous formatting attempts.
Will my content or text be changed during formatting?
No. Your content stays 100% intact. I only work on book formatting, ebook layout design, and typesetting, not rewriting your text unless you request edits.
What if I don’t know whether to use Canva or InDesign?
No worries. I’ll recommend the best option (Canva book formatting or InDesign formatting) based on your book type, word count, images, and publishing goals.
Can you format my book for both ebook and paperback at the same time?
Yes. I handle Kindle formatting, EPUB, and paperback formatting together, ensuring consistency across all formats and full KDP compliance.
Can I contact you for revision even after the order has been completed?
Yes, you can contact us anytime and if the revision doesn't include major changes we will do it free of charge.

Olamilekanwaliu did a spectacular job on formatting my manuscript, designing the covers and providing a comprehensive Marketing plan. He went above and beyond even having to do some manuscript editing (that my editor failed to do). He was always cooperative and kind. I highly recommend him!!
