Will my UGC item pass Roblox moderation?
I build all items to Roblox's current technical specs (polycount, texture size, rigging) to give the best chance of approval. However, final moderation decisions are made by Roblox and are outside my control, I can't guarantee approval, but I'll revise the file
Do I need to be an approved UGC creator to order?
No, I can also design custom items for personal use, group items, or concept art. Just let me know your purpose before ordering so I build it correctly.
Can I request a specific character, brand, or copyrighted design?
I can only create original designs or work based on concepts you own the rights to. I can't replicate copyrighted characters, logos, or branded content.
What file formats do I receive?
You'll get the Roblox ready file (.fbx or similar) for upload. Source files (Blender project files) are available on Standard and Premium packages.
How many revisions do I get?
This depends on your package, see the pricing table above. Extra revisions beyond your package can be added for a small fee.
Can you match my group's existing style or previous items?
Yes, send reference images or links to your existing catalog and I'll match the style as closely as possible.
What's your turnaround time?
Delivery times are listed per package (3-7 days). Rush delivery may be available, message me before ordering to check current availability.
