About this Gig
New hires forget most of what they're told in week one. A strong onboarding course fixes that, and I build them from the ground up: staff training, internship manuals, and elearning video content your team will actually finish.
If youre the one stuck with it, you know the pattern. Training lives in scattered slides, old PDFs, and one managers head. It keeps getting postponed because nobody has time to turn all that into something structured, and every new hire pays for it.
I've spent 5+ years in EdTech and digital product design, with a Gobelins Masters, an OpenClassrooms instructional design certification, and Webflow Expert status. I launched a 12-module business video course with its own learning portal, and built interactive video modules and quizzes for a French health client.
You receive a clear learning path, scripts, slide decks, quizzes, and a polished manual. Extras include video storyboards, screen-capture lessons, and platform setup on Webflow or WordPress.
I work in English or native French, and I translate your know-how into training people retain.

That’s fine. Send me your slides, notes, or a short description, and I’ll ask you the right questions to build the content.
Can you make the actual videos?

Can you work from my company’s existing documents?

Do you set up the course on a platform?
Platform setup on Webflow or WordPress is available as a gig extra or a custom order.
Can you deliver in French?
Yes. I work in English and native French. Tell me which language you need before ordering.
