I will design a custom printable PDF planner, tracker or checklist template
DennisAbt
About this gig
Need a clean printable planner, tracker or checklist that matches your brand, without fighting with Canva? I design custom PDF templates from scratch in your colors and fonts.
What I design:
- Daily, weekly and monthly planners, habit and savings trackers, budget sheets
- Checklists, workbooks, lead magnets and client onboarding sheets
- Print-ready PDF in A4 and US Letter with crisp vector text
- Optional fillable fields and checkboxes (type directly into the PDF)
- Your logo, brand colors and fonts (Google Fonts or your font files)
Great for coaches, Etsy and Gumroad sellers, bloggers who need a lead magnet, and small businesses.
How I work: layouts are built with code-based PDF tools for pixel-precise, consistent pages. If you want help with the wording, I may use AI tools to draft copy, which I then edit and check. Design and layout decisions are mine. No copied templates and no copyrighted artwork.
Commercial/resale rights (e.g. to sell on Etsy) are included in Premium and available as an extra.
Not included: editable Canva, Word or InDesign source files, printing or shipping.
Delivery style preference
Please inform the freelancer of any preferences or concerns regarding the use of AI tools in the completion and/or delivery of your order.

BlazeRidge Studio creates ready-to-post short-form video and clean digital templates: faceless YouTube Shorts and TikToks, captioned edits of your own footage, and printable PDF planners and checklists. We run our own faceless Shorts channel and a small digital product shop, so we know what makes a hook land and a template get used. Every delivery is reviewed, edited and fact-checked by hand. Clear communication, on-time delivery, German and English.
FAQ
Do you use AI tools?
The design is built by me with code-based PDF tools, not AI image generators. If you want help writing the page text, I may use AI to draft it and then edit and check it myself. Tell me before ordering if you want no AI involved at all.
Do I get a Canva or editable source file?
No. You get a finished, print-ready PDF (A4 and US Letter) plus PNG previews. Fillable fields let you or your customers type into the PDF. Small text changes after delivery are covered by your revisions.
Can I sell the planner on Etsy or use it as a lead magnet?
Lead magnets and use for your own business are always fine. Reselling the file (Etsy, Gumroad, etc.) needs the commercial license, which is included in Full Planner and available as an extra for the other packages.
