I work with Big Cartel, BigCommerce, Ecwid, and Shopify. If you're on a different platform, message me first and I'll let you know if I can help.
2. I already have a store — can you just fix specific issues instead of a full redesign?
Yes. Send me your store link and tell me what's wrong (broken checkout, layout issue, slow loading, etc.) and I'll quote based on the actual fix needed, not a full rebuild.
3. Do I need to provide my own product images and branding?
It helps if you do, but it's not required. If you don't have branding assets yet, I'll work with what's available and guide you on what to add later.
4. How many revisions do I get?
Revisions depend on the package — Basic includes 2, Standard includes 4, and Premium includes unlimited revisions until you're satisfied.
5. Can you migrate my store from one platform to another?
Yes, I can move your store data (products, images, descriptions) from one platform to another without losing your existing content. This is included in the Premium package or available as an add-on.
