Do I need my own Airtable and Softr accounts before ordering?
Yes, you will need active accounts on both platforms. Airtable has a free plan that works for most projects, and Softr also offers a free starter plan. I will advise you on the right plan for your needs before we begin. If you are unsure, message me and I will guide you through it.
I have never used Airtable before. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. You do not need any technical knowledge. I handle the entire build from scratch and deliver it with a full video walkthrough so you know exactly how to use everything. Most of my clients come in with zero Airtable experience and leave with a system they run confidently on their own.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
I will need a clear description of your business, what data you are managing, what processes you want to automate, and any tools you currently use. If you have an existing spreadsheet or workflow, share it and I will use it as a reference to build something better.
Will I be able to manage and update the system myself after delivery?
Yes. The entire system is built to be easy for non-technical users to manage. I also provide a full walkthrough video so you understand every part of what was built. Premium package clients also receive a live training call for hands-on guidance.
Can you integrate Airtable with my other tools like Zapier, Mailchimp, or Slack?
Yes. The Premium package includes third-party integrations via Zapier or Make. If you need a specific integration on a lower package, message me before ordering and I will let you know if it can be added as an extra.
What if I am not satisfied with the final result?
I offer revisions on every package and I always confirm the full scope and expectations before starting so we are fully aligned from day one. You will not be left with a system that does not match what you asked for. If something is not right, I will fix it within the revision limit.
