What exactly does the premium package offer?
The premium gig is ideal for you if you want to test the usability of your platform on mobile devices and on the desktop. We will show you all identified usability issues in a comprehensive summary report and give you additional detailed and specific suggestions for improvement.
My product is not live yet. Is it possible to test it while it's still in development?
Yes. For iOS apps we need access to the app in TestFlight. For Android apps, we need a .apk file of the app version. If your website is already in a staging environment, we can also test it. Testing based on screenshots (Figma, etc.) is also possible. Please contact us in advance to clarify details.
