Q: Do you work with both AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)?
Yes. I have extensive experience across both clouds. On AWS, I work with EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, ALB, and WAF. On GCP, I build production setups using Compute Engine, External Load Balancers, Cloud Armor, custom VPCs, Service Accounts, and Cloud Storage.
Can you help with database replication, backups, and performance issues?
Yes. I work with MySQL, Percona MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis. I can set up replication, tune configurations, automate snapshots, and troubleshoot connection errors or performance lag.
How do we handle cloud credentials securely?
You should never share your root account password. On AWS, you can create a temporary IAM user with strictly scoped policies. On GCP, you can invite my email to your project with designated IAM roles. You can revoke access as soon as the project is complete.
What if I have an urgent issue with an existing production server or database?
Message me right away or select the Basic Package. I will inspect your logs, firewalls, and resource limits to find the root cause and restore normal operation fast.
Will I get documentation on how to maintain the environment?
Yes. All Standard and Premium setups include documentation detailing your network topology, firewall rules, database credentials/endpoints, and routine maintenance commands.
