What I do
Check the current MX SPF DKIM and DMARC records against what your mail provider expects. Set or correct them at your DNS host such as GoDaddy Cloudflare Namecheap or Route 53. Verify the domain in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Send test mail both ways to Gmail and Outlook and check the headers so you can see the pass results yourself.
What you receive
