What do you need from me to start?
Your documents (PDFs, website URL, help center, Notion export, or database access), where the bot will live (website, Slack, WhatsApp), and 10-20 real questions your customers ask. I'll handle everything else.
Do I pay for the AI's API usage?
You'll need your own API key (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) - typical usage costs $5-50/month depending on traffic. I'll set it up, show you real cost estimates, and optimize so you're not overpaying. Free local models (Ollama) are an option too.
My data is confidential. Can it stay private?
Yes. The Premium package includes a fully self-hosted option (Ollama/vLLM on your own server), so your documents never leave your infrastructure. On any package I sign an NDA on request and delete all files after delivery.
What happens when my documents change?
I can set up automatic re-syncing so the bot stays current with your docs, or show your team how to refresh the knowledge base in one click. Ongoing monthly maintenance is available as a subscription - ask me about it.
