What do I need to provide to get started?
WordPress admin access (or I can walk you through adding a temporary admin user). That's it to start -- I'll let you know if I need anything else once I've reviewed your site.
What if something breaks during an update?
I test updates carefully and keep a fresh backup before applying anything. If an update causes an issue, I roll it back and investigate before proceeding. Your site is protected before I touch it.
Do you work with WooCommerce or event ticketing plugins like Tickera?
Yes -- I have hands-on experience with both. WooCommerce and Tickera sites are welcome.
What counts as a minor content edit?
Text changes, image swaps, adding a page or post, updating contact info, adjusting a menu -- anything that takes under 30 minutes (Standard) or 60 minutes (Premium) per month. Larger changes can be quoted separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Fiverr recurring orders can be cancelled at any time. No long-term contract.
What's in the monthly PDF report?
A summary of: plugins/themes/core updated (with version numbers), backup verification, any issues found and resolved, and anything I'd flag for your attention. Written plainly -- not a wall of technical jargon.
I already have hosting backups. Do I still need this?
Hosting backups are great but they're on the same server as your site -- if something goes wrong at the server level, both your site and backup can be affected. I keep a separate offsite backup as an additional layer.
