Yes! If you choose the full creation package, you can just provide text descriptions, color palettes, and mood boards. A concept sketch will be sent to you for confirmation before the final coloring begins
I already have a PNG avatar. Can you turn it into a Live2D model?
Only if you have the original, unmerged layered .psd file from your illustrator. A flat .png or .jpg image cannot be rigged directly because it lacks the individual layers needed for animation.
