I will model and render 3d props for the web, games, or VR and xr

You will receive a model and render of a single, contiguous object (i.e., a single object where all the parts are connected) based on a visual reference that you provide. This reference can be a drawing or photo, preferably as many as necessary to reproduce the form desired. The model can be a detailed form; alternatively, if side/front/top profile photo reference is provided, a model with lower physical detail and high texture detail can be produced at a faster rate.

The model can be delivered as a Blender .blend file or another type of 3D model file, while the render will be delivered as a JPG or PNG image file, not to exceed 1920 pixels in width. A higher-detail render can be requested at additional cost. Additionally, a .mp4 video file of a turnaround of the object can be requested at additional cost.
