    Does not follow client instructions Review: After several revisions, the designer repeatedly ignored my clear requests for an elegant serif font for "PRIVATE CHAUFFEUR". He kept using a basic font despite multiple specific instructions. When I requested cancellation, he refused and insulted me. Not recommended.
