About this Gig
Have an idea for an effect, synth or MIDI tool? I will turn it into a real, working plugin that loads in your DAW.
I build audio plugins in C++ with the JUCE framework, and I develop my own plugins, samplers and MIDI tools, so you get a developer who writes the DSP, not only the UI.
What I can build:
- Effects: compressors, EQs, filters, saturation, delay, reverb
- Synths, samplers and SFZ or sample players
- MIDI tools: arpeggiators, chord tools, generators
- Custom GUI from your design, or I design a clean one for you
- Preset system, parameter automation, resizable UI
Formats and platforms:
- VST3, AU, AAX and Standalone
- Windows and macOS, including Apple Silicon
- Signed and notarized macOS builds and installers in the Premium package
What you get:
- Ready-to-use plugin builds for your platforms
- Full JUCE source code that you own
- Tested in the DAWs you name, e.g. Ableton, FL Studio, Logic, Reaper
Please message me before ordering with your idea, reference plugins you like and target DAWs, so I can quote the right package.

FAQ
Can you build AAX plugins for Pro Tools?
Yes. AAX releases need an Avid developer account and PACE signing, which must be in your name as the publisher. I guide you through the setup and build the AAX version for you.
Do I own the plugin and the code?
Yes. You get the full JUCE source code and all rights to sell the plugin under your brand. Note that commercial JUCE releases need a JUCE license or GPL compliance, and I will explain the options.
Will the plugin work on Apple Silicon Macs?
Yes. macOS builds are universal and run natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel.
Can you design the GUI too?
Yes. I can build your design pixel-perfect, or create a clean, modern design for you. Fully custom artwork with knobs and textures can be added as an extra.
Can you fix or update an existing JUCE plugin?
Yes. Send me the source code and a description of the problem and I will quote the fix. Small fixes fit the Basic package.
